III. Old Business
Executive Director applicants
Discuss qualifications of Montavius Jones/Navarte( cover letter and resume) and Bobby Pantsuo (cover letter and resume).
Approve Bylaws for BID 16. Once the EDC has a board, it will modify and approve Uptown Crossing Economic Development bylaws.
Tracy to send updated Bylaws to the City Clerk’s Office, per City of Milwaukee Code 305-32. But there is no formal process for review/approving BID bylaws as long as none of them conflict with state law.
IV. New Business
Need a place to store several boxes of BID 16 merch.

The next of the BID #16 Board of Directors Meeting is Monday, March 10, 2025, 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm.
