III. Old Business
Approved and cleaned up Bylaws for BID 16.
Montavius to send updated Bylaws to the City Clerk’s Office, per City of Milwaukee Code 305-32. But there is no formal process for review/approving BID bylaws as long as none of them conflict with state law.
Once the EDC has a board, it will modify and approve Uptown Crossing Economic Development bylaws.
IV. New Business
Discuss possible 2025 activities
Repeat the Annual board meeting as a Connect & Collaborate or …. Do something different to celebrate the BID’s 30th anniversary?
Uptown Get Down 2025?
Discuss prioritizing elements of the Strategic Plan
